Hello - I have recently came across a 1998 V70 T5 for a great price on Craigslist. I called the seller and we arranged for a test drive. The cars interior is somewhat dirty, etc. but im 18, so its not a big deal.. Anyway, the car has 210,000 on the clock. I understand that volvos have excellent reliability (currently driving a NA S70 with 140K), but is that too many miles?
The asking price is only $1900, so if the car drives for another few years without any major problems, I would be totally satisfied with my purchase.
My question is, is it likely for a car with that high of miles to go another couple years with no big problems?
Thanks!

Yes and No. Depends on if it has been maintained ie timing belt, regular oil changes/transmission serviced, etc. Make sure to ask for a vehicle history report. Around 200,000 miles parts will start to go and can add up quickly to replace them, I know because I just got done doing pretty much a full car tune up.
