hey guys , recently my fathers v70 developed a crack in the N/S standard wheel , we had it welded (with a good recomended engineering firm) and it just cracked again 2 months later , he would like to buy a new or used wheel but cant find out what the wheel is called or find anyone with one like it for sale

could somone please tell me what make of wheel this is and point me in the direction of where to find one local to derbyshire , thankyou
