Default Water guard on rear passenger window.

Hi,
Does anyone know how to replace the water seal on the outside bottom of the windows for a 2001 V70. I have one with the end pieces missing and bought a replacement. I have spent the lastseveral hours searching this forum and the Volvo shop CD that I have, usingevery related search term that I can think of, and have come up with nothing. I suspect that I may have to take the door apart and remove the glass to change the seal, as it is quite rigid when installed, and does not look like I can pry it off with the window installed.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Paul

If it is the one that sits on the body or the top that rubs the window whe it goes down it just pulls off.

It should come off pretty easy. Some of them have locking clips on each end.
