One side of the backseat in my 2019 XC40 is stuck in the upright position. It seems as though a part of the mechanism is missing somehow. See photos. The one with the red piece protruding is the side that is correctly functioning. It is in the folded down position and this red mechanism protrudes. The one without the red piece is the side that is stuck in the upright position. Any ideas what might have happened here? Maybe it broke off when the seat was folded down? I'm guessing repair is going to be a PITA / expensive.
