Hello dear Volvo crew,

I have a Volvo XC40, brand new, it is one week old now, it has intellisafe surround. For it, I have 3 keys, 1 orange, 1 black and a waterproof one.

I have 3 issues.

1. Care key

At one point appeared ‘Care Key, cannot exceed limit speed….’ How could I de-activate this? I googled a bit but cannot find anything except when related to a red key which I do not have.

2. Driver profile

I cannot set any profile. When I go in the desired menu for this, all is greyed, and I cannot click on anything. Likewise, I m googling this for days and it seems that no one ever had that issue.

3. Camera 360

I remember the seller showing me the 360 then getting back to ‘normal view’. Normal view is cool because when you put the rear gear you get the back camera, then when you drive forward you have a bit the front camera then it vanishes after a certain speed which is normal.

How could I get back to normal view? I only have now 360 and its related camera as a single view.
