Default OEM trailer hitch
Easy question (I hope). In the factory installed towing package, is the hitch a 2” (class III) or 1,25”? Thanks!

not sure what year you have but google "Volvo 31458009" and you should all related info

Default 2025 receiver hitch
Still can’t find the answer to this question: If I order a new 2025 XC40 with OEM trailer hitch, is the hitch receiver 2” or 1.25”?

sounds like a good dealer question - Vida should have the part/spec. Generally the class rating determines the receiver size but you'd need to check the towing capacity in the owners manual first.
