Morning all,

I have had my XC40 Recharge for a few weeks and love the car. This morning I went to get in the car to find it totally locked up.

Car won't unlock, can't disconnect the charging cable and the mobile app also seems to have lost connection.

Anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?

I am calling Volvo assistance but wanted to check here also and I will post results if and when they sort it out.

I tried resetting the charging unit, spare keys and still no luck but will keep trying options.

Well,

It looks like the Modem or Antenna has failed and it is back at the dealer already to be fixed. Resetting all systems possible didn't fix but will keep all posted on what they do to bring it back to life.
