Has anyone had experience replacing the door handle instead of the entire door panel to fix this issue or similar? Handle still functions fine but no longer springs back, and random research seems to include discussions on replacing the entire door panel to repair. Searches for parts led to my discovering replacement door handles, due to the price difference between components I wasn’t sure if that’s a feasible option instead of a new panel. I’m 3+ hours away from a dealership and will be DIY’ing it with a mechanic friend. Thanks for any advice.
