Default 2010 T6 leaking at the back hatch.

Where could this be originating? I'm thinking the top mounted third brake assembly but wanted to ask before I started taking things apart.

I just bought a 2010 XC60 and it snowed the other day and when I opened the tailgate and asked the sales rep about the water she said oh its probably just from the snow. I was thinking no.
So i'm going to get ahold with the dealer. We have a 3000 3 month warranty. I will follow up once I figure things out to let you know..

The 2010 models have known issues with the glue and seals around both windshield and rear window. If this was not fixed previously, this is the most likely cause.

I think, but I'm sure, that this is a recall fix, so a dealer should be able to do this at no charge.

We took it to the dealer and there was a paperclip oddly that was in the way. Went through the car wash and no more leak.

I would have never guessed that in a million years!

I'm glad to hear it was an easy fix!
