2010 XC60 T6 AWS -Strange black out - when switching the engine off
Hey folks,
Just joined this great forum
I'm facing a strange issue with my volvo (XC60 T6 2010 3.0), since the last time i brought it to the dealer.
From time to time, after i reach a destination and turn off the engine by pressing the (Start/Stop Engine), all the lights go off (dashboard,Radio,Interior Lights), and at that moment i hear also a Relay click on the side of the passanger (near the fuses).
This doesnt happen all the time, it mostly happen after the first drive (once the vehicle was stopped for more than 6 hours), but again it doesnt happen all the time.When this happen, im unable to take the key out,and when i click the start button (without pressing the brake) everything turns ON,and it says on the dashboard put the gear on P position (which it is).I have to press the brake, turn on the engine,turn it OFF and then pull the key out as normally.
Also the USB drive doesnt get recognized,it stays all the time like its trying to read it (even if I unplug it).I solved this by disconnecting the car battery for more than 10 mins.Anyway it happens again after a while.
Any idea, what can cause this ?
Also i have an old problem with the SUM Module (my dashboard is in french , since the car is from Canada, and it says Chassis Actif, Repair demande) , i dont know if this is related.From the last time an engineer saw that,he said one of the SUM Module outputs does read data as it should.
