The battery in my XC60 went flat and I jump started it then threw it on a charger and every now seems fine except the sunroof will not open/tilt and the fabric cover will not move either.
I replaced the 20A fuse which seems fine but this did not fix it.
It has been dry and there is no water in the driver side footwell.
I tried the alarm test (wind down the window, lock the car and then open the door using the inside handle) and it sounded once and then was silent.
Is the siren module issue related to this?

 

So anyone have any ideas here?

 

I disconnected both leads of the battery and touched them to each and then left it disconnected for over an hour. Once I reconnected everything the panoramic roof was fully functioning again.
