Default 2012 XC60 Stuck in Safety Mode with no Accident

I was just driving down the road the other day, when suddenly my car just started running choppy, the check engine light came on, then a message about safety mode, and it stalled out. The car has never been in an accident. It turns out that an injection module burned out. I got it replaced, and the car drove fine for about ten miles.

Now it keeps shutting down in safety mode again. I desperately need the code to cancel this out. Can someone please help me?

What engine? What is an "injection module"? Do you mean a coil? Another coil could be bad. There is one for each cylinder. (if a gasoline engine) Sometimes they go bad because the spark plugs are not changed when they are supposed to be. First step is to use a compatible scan tool to see what codes might be stored.

3L gasoline engine, 178k miles, replaced burned out coil pack, new battery, car ran beautifully for about a half hour or so, then shut down again. I’m going to check with the mechanic tomorrow, and just have him replace all the other five coil packs, just to be sure. I’ll also have him change the plugs. Thank You 🙏. I’ll reply on my progress.
