2013 XC60 3.2 AWD Turbo

I just purchase this car used with $117,000 miles on it and within two days I get an error message stating service failure charging failure. Change the battery and I did not fix the problem we did a code reader and it does not read any codes with alternator or anything has anyone else had this code show up on their car but the car still runs.

 

From what I've read, the alternator can work loose from its mounts and just needs to be tightened.
