2015 R Design

2015 R Design
I need to buy a new "work car".
I drive about 30k a year, and usually drive Nissans. They've disappointed me as of late, and with all the cycling I do I'd like an SUV.
I'm a motorsports enthusiast, but do have my 370Z for "fun", and an old F250 when I need to haul something. However I do enjoy a tight suspension and some power, hence the desire for an R Design.
With all of the long drives I have, I really want something with adaptive cruise control and lane centering. Makes the XC60 unaffordable by my budget as the lane centering is only on newer models, but adaptive cruise is available around 2014 IIRC.
Have always purchased Japanese for reliability. Assume I'm rolling the dice a bit with Volvo as compared to Honda/Toyota, but certainly not a Range Rover or Jag.
Anything I should know, packages to get, etc as I search for one of these? Any difference from 14 - 16?
