Hi enthusiasts, I am having a heck of a time trying to locate a service repair manual for my 2015 XC60 T5, could someone point me in the right direction for either a hard copy or even an electronic download?

Your best choice would be the factory service manual. It's called VIDA and the stolen/hacked copy of 2014d VIDA is easily found free on the internet. Your 2015 is the last year that version will (easily) work on. Vida requires Win7 pro, and most people put in on a old CPU they have, and it only requires 3gb of ram. If you want to talk to all of the modules on your car VIA the obd port (you eventually will when you get an error message) - you will need a DICE unit - that's the interface between the car obd port and your cpu. Clones are easily found on the internet. The Volvo DICE unit is probably $600, clone are less than $200.

Some vendors sell VIDA on a flash drive - bootable on your computer.
