New XC60 owner is here. Bought my car from Carvana a few weeks ago, just noticed this panel at the lower end of the front door by wheel hub is loose. They have a warranty and all, but it seems like not worth the bother, I'd rather take care of it myself. Tried looking this up to figure out how it's put together and what holds it, and can't find any diagrams anywhere. From poking around it seems like a pin clip may be missing, but I'd rather figure it out and do it right the first time around than try things to figure out what works. Any suggestions?

 

I'd refer to the factory diagram on how the piece attaches. Volvo has used a few different methods and unless I am familiar with the particular model, I ask the dealer to fax or text me the parts diagram. There you might find a clip that is broken or whatnot.
