2018 XC60 T5 intermittant high beam faiure notices
 

HI all, Been getting intermittent high beam failure notices recently, had dealer investigate and could'nt find anything obvious. Going back in tomorrow, they are going to work with Volvo together and see if they find the culprit. Should be interesting. Makes me wonder what else is going on with the software. I"ll post results in a couple of days. This all started after my first 10k maintenance, Software bug? Well see.

Sounds like it may be something as simple as a loose electrical connection to the headlight assembly.

Hello again, The technicians at the dealership, said they found the possible cause, which is an out of tolerance resistor in the headlight (LED) assembly and there was a technical memo that suggested to replace the headlight assemble if that was the scenario. They're doing that today. So we'll see if that is the fix.
