Hello all! I just purchased a 2020 XC60 Inscription T5 with Exterior Styling Kit white exterior and amber interior. There was a dealer allowance of $2500 and an additional 5% off the MSRP for being a 1st responder. Final price was roughly $47,000 from $53,700 purchased in Washington state near Seattle. Love the car!!! I think it runs better than my wife's BMW X3.

XC60- 2020 model Sensus Navigation Problems and Emergency Brake Issues
Does anyone have the following navigation problems:
1) Radio Traffic Information does not come on although these are being broadcast by Radio stations
2) The Sensus navigation system does not indicate traffic problems, on the route thus not allowing us to select alternative routes (which any good navigation system should) causing great inconvenience and enormous delays.
3) The Navigation system screen displays directions and those of the voice navigation are sometimes completely contradictory, eg the screen indicated to go right while the voice navigation indicates a left turn
4) Some of the destinations are not available on the Navigation system while they are clearly available on google maps; furthermore the graphic mode and the keyboard mode of entering destinations are not the same, the keyboard mode has more information.
5) Voice commands for navigation do not work
6) the Estimated time of arrival shows up sometimes and not always.
7) we tried updating the maps ourselves via the Internet and via a USB stick as outlined in the manual, neither worked and had to go to the garage (took about 2 hours to have these updated), the above problems however are still not solved.
The navigation system is the worst of all the Volvo cars that we have had (this is our 4th Volvo) and our other cars (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Phaedra) that we drive/have driven at some time
Beyond the navigation system
1) the automatic braking system just came on suddenly (happened twice) once on a deserted highway and once in the city; both times unnerving.
