2022 XC60 & Apple Carplay
I have been complaining to Volvo with increasing frequency about its releasing the 2022 model without Apple Carplay. Originally, I was assured that CarPlay would be released in early 2022. I later was told by Volvo that CarPlay should be available in the first quarter of 2022. Today, I received an email from Volvo, stating "Unfortunately, there is not a definitive timeframe but the CarPlay update will be released shortly." Not sure what that means, and "not a definitive time frame" and "will be released shortly" are contradictory. Meanwhile, my advice to any iPhone users considering the 2022 model is that if you are used to using CarPlay, you will not like the 2022 Volvos until CarPlay is restored. I so regret trading my 2019 XC60 for the 2022 model. Wish I could do that over again.

Everything but the drive is a mess with this car.
Infotainment constantly glitching( what channel am I on? Not the one it says!)
Heads up display unit reflecting in the window for the rest of my time with this car.
wanr to pull up a contact with the name beginning with T? Scroll for 5 minutes till you find the T's. I was told at the dealer this is just how it isAYFKM??

Purchased 2022 late version of XC60 recharge extended last month - expected to see Apple CarPlay, but sadly, still not available. Volvo Customer Service says that is on the way some time in the future ...but not clear when that will occur...but, in the interim using horrible Google maps etc. Very BAD

I want to complain too, maybe sith some more people complaining they could this change faster.. Is a complete mess the system as it is now.
The drive is awesome but the entertnmaint system is completely inacceptable for a luxury car as Volvo claims to be..

Still don’t have v 2.2 in CA
we have been waiting patiently for CarPlay. Anyone know what’s going on?
