Default 2022 XC60- Can not set up Volvo Car App/ Internet

I just purchased a 2022 XC 60 B6- Inspiration yesterday. I've been able to set up everything BUT the Volvo Cars App. When I try to PAIR it is looking for (3) keys but I only have (2).

Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions as very frustrating.

Also, the dealership said that I should have LTE Internet but the only way I can get Internet is to turn on my Person Hot Spot on my phone. Is there another way (other than paying for internet) to do?

The user manual on the screen is worthless!!

Hi and welcome to this forum. Reading over your post, I'm quite surprised that the dealer did not set up the Volvo Cars app for you on your smartphone. Your salesperson should have been attentive enough to you that they made sure this was working before you left. Same with the LTE internet. I mean, really, you just purchased a $60k+ vehicle from them! I would contact the salesperson and demand answers, and threaten to post a negative review of them online if they don't provide assistance.

Yes, the manual on the center console is worthless. You get the same worthless manual on the Volvo Cars app as well. But you can go to the link below and download a full pdf of the user manual for your vehicle.

A lot of stuff has changed between my '21 and your '22 model but yours could be like mine where the car has it's own modem and sim card. If so, it's probably in the right side footwell where mine is. When your operating your car, look at the top part of your center display and see if there are two signal strength meters. That should tell you.
