Yesterday the Google Maps search function in my 2023 XC60 stopped working. Regardless of what I type in, it says "loading". That said, the actual GPS seems to be functioning in some capacity because the Google Maps displays (dash and console) accurately display my location and track my movements. I can even use the voice command to say "get directions home" and it will respond with the time and traffic condition. I read many posts in this forum (many of which were very helpful) and I did do the "hold defrost button" reset, as well as the "hold main menu" button to clear the screen. Doing so has not remedied the issue. As seems to be the universal experience with getting in at the dealership, that appointment will be in three months. 1) Is this happening to anyone else? 2) If so and you "fixed" it, can you share how? Many thanks!

FANTASTIC! This worked! For the sake of others who may make the same mistake I did when trying this the first time, I will add that when I pushed and held the "main menu" button on the center console the first time such that it said "Screen cleaning mode" I did not hold it long enough to the point that message disappeared and the screen went blank before "Volvo" appeared again on the screen. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond with the video!
