I wanted to ask what pricing experience people have had for an after market Polestar software upgrade.

It would have been less expensive if I chose it as on option on manufacture, but I didn't.

I have been quoted $1500 and been offered a 10% discount for being a first responder, even though the install does not qualify for the Affinity discount.

I also was given a 30% discount ($200 cap) from Volvo direct., but I am wondering if it is reasonable to expect to get after market pricing below $1000 in the US? I am in the NE.

 

Finally decided to bite the bullet and try the Polestar Performance Optimization (or whatever it's called this week) but interested in not spending more than necessary. Anyone aware of discounts or rebates available? All help appreciated.
