Default Bad shaking in 2018 xc60

Hi everyone I’m currently on my 5th Volvo I have two xc60 now one 2018 and one 2019. The 2018 shakes horrible from 47mph and up. It goes into the shop Tuesday again. I know I need Rotors that’s why i get Shaking from braking but this should not cause the issues when driving without braking shaking. What else can it be. I had Tires balanced twice and did not solve the issue. I just put new brake pads on the tires are still good only have 24,000 miles on car. I feel It’s not safe for my wife and kid to drive in this car. Can it be tire rod axle. Who else has this issue and what did u do to resolve it.

I have the same issue in a 2019. Volvo can’t figure out what’s causing it. Driving me insane.

Same problem in my 2012 Volvo. Said it is the tires. Balanced them did not help. Changed tie rods and did alignment. no change. they drove it feel the vibration and told me that is the tires. Today installed brand new tires an no change.

I have owned my xc60 for about 6 months i took advice and had it four wheel aligned and ever since its had a terrible death wobble at the back, trying to fix it i have replaced nearly all the rear suspension with volvo original parts including lower control arms, upper control arms, anti roll bar and bushes, drop links rear shocks and springs Then fittes 4 new tyres and sent back for alignment 2 more times Although its slightly better it still is terrible at 46 mph and really bad at 68 mph to the point im thinking of getting rid of the car does anyone have any solutions for this ?

Has anyone made sure your wheels are not bent on the inside? (had a bad vibration/rumble recently at speed (55-85) - straightening the wheels fixed it (car is a 2003 xc60 with 7000 miles that the wife drives)
