Hello!

I have a Volvo XC60 from 2019 and I constantly hear a sound when braking at low speed just before the car goes into a full stop. I can hear just the same sound when I go in reverse slowly, before releasing fully the brake pedal. Sometimes it is louder, other times not that loud. I’ve been at my dealership and they told me that this is normal sound for Volvo cars and I could also hear it in a car with just 3km.

Is there anybody else having the same problem? Any solutions to get it fixed? I find it quite frustrating to have this sound in a new car which comes at a price.
