Default Canister Related Problem

Hello everyone. I'm new here and I had a little confusing issue, hoping to find the answer here.
I have a 2013 T6 turbocharged. 3.0 L, 6 cyl.
I faced a problem when fueling, the pump used to stop every like 3 seconds. After many trials and inspections, I've found that the evap canister is completely saturated with water (not gasoline). However, replaced it and got the diagnosis that there is a filter (In photo) and a connection in the pipe out of the canister that are missing.
The dealership gave me a rate of 66 KWD, which is 200$. Honestly I don't want to pay that much since I know that the new filter is just 20$.

Now, the question is I can't find exactly what is this connection and how does it look like. Searching the web, I found too many variations. Almost every model is different.
Can any one share a pic for this area in a car with same model?

Thanks

Thanks dear. I've reached there already, but I don't know how this filter is going to be connected to the plastic pipe!!

Do you have idea?

This diagram is not showing the parts connected.
