Crankshaft loose connected to air conditioning

2012 XC60 3.2 loose crankshaft connecting to pulley for air conditioning compressor, the problem in the following clip, could it be fixed? Thanks

Certainly fixable - That shaft is part of the READ assembly - and could be very expensive if the shaft is damaged so much that a new one way clutch does not fit. Volvoread.com details rebuilding a unit.
