I have a late 2015 XC60 and the Sat Nav is currently showing me in the middle of the North Sea off Norway, a bit wet.
I have attempted to download an update for the system from Volvo Support, however it will not load onto an empty USB stick or onto my Mac. I have followed the instructions given without success and have subsequently attempted to use the 'Contact Link' on the site but it says the contact page cannot be found.
Any help or advice gratefully received.

 

Try formatting the USB stick with NTFS file system. The Mac and Volvo should recognize that file system.
