Driver Door Not Opening Inside or Out
Morning All,
Recent issue with my 2018 XC60, the driver door both inside and out won't open. Door was a bit temperamental for a couple of days and suddenly just stopped opening all together.
Electrics in the door still work (all windows etc.), so I'm assuming this isn't a fuse issue?
From the outside the handle is loose, meaning there is no 'click' in it when you pull it towards you (like the other handles have). Inside, just before full extension you can feel the 'click' at the end but nothing happening.
I've located the two screws from the inside to open up the door panel but can't get this off as it's being restricted by the passenger seat. I can open the window and inspect the inside of the panel just about but I don't think I can do much here to diagnose unless I get the entire panel off.
Any help much appreciated. Absolute nightmare as the car is essential and we have a 2 year old and currently I'm climbing out of the passenger side whenever I'm using it.
