Default Fog Lights on 2021 XC60 T8 R Design

The R design did not include fog lights and I'm wondering if anyone has had them installed after market, likes the look and is willing to share pics?

It is my understanding that the reason why the T8 doesn’t have fog lights is because there isn’t room for them due to a fan or something to cool the electric charger or some other component for the EV system.

Left fog light easy pesy connect to harness that connects to parking sensors. Right side a little different must partially remove pass side fender lower fender to accommodate light and adapter cut or slice rubber molding around air inlet for (T8) charger cooler. All this I have done but I have been unable to get any one to help me modify software needed to turn fog lights on or off. Still working on it.

Don't bother Until you find a dealer or someone who has interface to connect to your car. The problem is that the interface reads the VIN that tells it that the car does not have fog lights when built. I am sure that it could be HACKED but most dealer people don't have the knowledge or any reason to do so.

We don't have the ability to do so. We aren't computer programmers. They don't have fog lights for a reason, as already mentioned.

Have you worked this out? I want fog lights on mine to. I have used XBB dongle to connect a ledbar on mine, and maybe it would work for foglights too. You can choose wich signals the dongle should choose, and can turn it on and off with an app or an Bluetooth swich. So was thinking I maybe could take the signals from the drl lights and have a swich.
