We just got our 2018 CPO Xc60 and the Volume ****, RW, FF, Front Defrost and Rear Defrost buttons are not working. Nothing in the panel works, except for Hazard.
The dealer said, "Make an appointment". I don't want to sit there for hours because I think it should be much simpler, like a blown fuse.
So, I went through the chart and I'm missingF16 30A

Is this why they are not working?

I'd bet fuse 16 is for a fuel heater - for diesel cars -

"I don't want to sit there for hours because I think it should be much simpler, like a blown fuse" - it's not going to be a blown fuse so you might not want to plan to "sit there for hours". ( and #16 is not a blown fuse it's a missing fuse that was not there when your broken stuff used to work) Unfortunately it's not like an Iphone - you can't solve the problem by asking SIRI or googling it. Sorry
