Never had this problem before. It started this week.

Whenever I turn on the car, Google Maps automatically initiates navigation to a destination I used a long time ago.

Now, every time I start the car, I have to manually cancel navigation, because Google Maps insists on reloading this destination.

Any suggestions to fix this?

 

It did that to me and seemed to correct itself after a recent update. But after that, the smart navigation feature has turned off. Any idea how it can be turned back on? Google maps has been nothing short of annoying on the vehicle.
