Heads up display reflection

Must have test drive on a cloudy day. Driving my new car home from the dealer all I saw in fro t of me was the heads up display unit in front of me. In my line of vision every day and I don't even use HUD!!

You can adjust the location of the HUD and even turn it off if you do not like it. Lots of options!

I love the HUD and made sure my car was equipped with it. It's lovely when using navigation especially on busy, unfamiliar roads. Yes, you can adjust the brightness and position and turn on or off. Consult the manual.

If your wearing polarized sunglasses you wont see it.

I know what Tracy is saying. The reflection from the HUD surround (frame) on the top of the dash appears more reflective then the rest of the top of the dash. I noticed it right away after picking up my 2022 XC60. I will try to take a photo. In bright sunlight the reflection is very distracting. I am going to look for something less reflective to cover the HUD frame. Hoping that Volvo may have a fix for this issue.
