You can adjust the location of the HUD and even turn it off if you do not like it. Lots of options!

I love the HUD and made sure my car was equipped with it. It's lovely when using navigation especially on busy, unfamiliar roads. Yes, you can adjust the brightness and position and turn on or off. Consult the manual.

I know what Tracy is saying. The reflection from the HUD surround (frame) on the top of the dash appears more reflective then the rest of the top of the dash. I noticed it right away after picking up my 2022 XC60. I will try to take a photo. In bright sunlight the reflection is very distracting. I am going to look for something less reflective to cover the HUD frame. Hoping that Volvo may have a fix for this issue.
