I tried to hardwire my dashcam with Blackvue's magic power pro. The fusebox under glovebox is behind the carpet. It seems impossible to install the fuse and make the connections without stripping off the whole piece of carpet. Anyone has any comment? I also consider the fusebox at cargo area. However, i couldnt find it (not even with the manual). Anyone can point me to the actual location of the fusebox in the cargo area? Thanks in advance.

 

Hi, did you find out how to do this? I drove to Halfords yesterday to get a dash cam wired in. The assistant found the fusebox under the glove box with the sim card fitting located centrally but he could not work out how to open it. There looks like a hinge on the side nearest the door but this is the side you really want to open it from and so rather than force/damage the cover, he gave up.
