Can y'all help me with the steps for the auto car wash? I turn off the front and rear sensors and put the transmission in neutral, engine still one, All is fine til I get to the end of the tunnel and pull the gear shift level from N to D and it sends me a message to do something before it will engage D. Not sure if it's telling me to tap the brake (maybe not a good idea on a conveyer belt with folks behind me) before I can move from N to D. Can anyone help me with what to do? Thanks.

 

You don't really need to turn off the sensors.. After the wash is complete, you have to step on the brake to move the gear selector into Drive. You won't damage the carwash and if you do, it's not your problem!

 

What about carwashes where you don’t stay in the car?
