Hi folks,

I recently purchased a 2020 XC60 R-Design here in Canada.

Being the vain person that I am, I wanted to add the while polestar emblem to the front grille (that the T8 hybrid models have).

I ordered the official part online hoping it was the ones that can slot between the grill without any further installation.

However it looks like it's a 2 piece ensemble with a screw as well. It looks like I still slot it into the front but must add the second piece from behind the grille and screw it in from the back.

Anybody have any ideas on how to remove the front grille? Or would this be something a body shop would have to do?

EDIT:

Nevermind! Turns out there is a rubber flap near the top of the grille (once the hood is popped open) that allowed me to slip my hand and screwdriver into the the space behind the grille.

Took 2 minutes to get the position right and install.

Also added in some Swedish rubber flags to the doors
