New user here. Just got a 2021 XC60. I have been able to set up the 2 profiles based on the keys, but every time I start the car (in either profile) the drive mode defaults back to Comfort. Is there a way to have it set to automatically use Individual drive mode instead? I like the drive train profile in Comfort, but with the heavy steering setting (light is way too light for all of the drivers in my family). Thanks in advance!

 

I have a 2021 XC60 also....the drive mode always starts in Comfort and there is no way to default it to anything else.

 

That's quite silly if you ask me, especially considering the personalization that can be configured for each profile/key. Comfort steering is way too light. None of the drivers in my house like the feel of the comfort steering. But with Individual mode, setting the steering to medium or high is great.
