Is anyone aware of any legal action against Volvo over the failings/ safety issues of the XC60?

Am aware of a number of potential class actions in the USA and am surprised by the apparent lack of activity in the UK.

Aside from the almost daily challenges with the software, driving our XC60 is not good for my mental health!

 

If you could post some links to information on these class action suits in the USA I would be most appreciative. I have not heard of any myself.

Checked both, and there are complaints, but nothing approaching the numbers necessary to warrant a class action. I often see people posting on forums with an issue they are upset about, and start a call for class action, but rarely do the numbers exist that would interest an attorney. Lemon law, on the other hand, should definitely be considered for issues that can't be resolved with an automaker or it's dealers. Also, I might add, class action rarely brings anything more than a huge payday for attorneys.
