Good morning all. We recently purchased a brand new ‘22 xc60. It was working perfectly all weekend and this morning we were unable to unlock it with both key fobs or with the handle. The app also does not recognize the vehicle as being synced. Any suggestions while we wait to hear back from the dealership?

Volvo OnCall phone number is 800-458-1552. I think I would have the Vin# handy.

Did you try the emergency key - the one that's stored under the cover in your remote?

If your batteries (in the car) are completely dead - the remote will not unlock the car, and the app won't find the car.

Similar issue, however the orange Care fob works, unlocking and locking. The regular fob is not recognized by the vehicle unless it is placed on the backup reader in the cupholder. Car is less than a month old, so likely not the battery
