Hi everyone! I just bought my wife a 2013 Volvo XC60. We both love it, and only have one complaint. We bought it at dealership that is not a Volvo dealer. They couldn't explain how to save the memory seats. After reading the manual and a lot of research online I'm to the point that I'm assuming I have to take it to Volvo and pay to get it fixed. This is my last effort before I do that.

I turn the car on and have tried every combination to save a seat. If I hold 1, 2, or 3 in it moves the seat to a certain position. My problem is the Memory button doesn't seem to work. I have tried holding the M down and then holding the number that I want, all this does is move the seat to that position that was saved before. I have tried holding the M and just tapping the number (which doesn't move the seat but also doesn't save). Does anyone with more experience have any other suggestions before I take it in??? Thanks in advance for your help!

We didn't think this would be a big deal but with me being 6'5 and her being 5'3, it is becoming an annoyance to move the seats.
