Moving XC60 from US to Europe
Hi,
I currently live in the US but will move next year to Europe.
I am about to buy a brand new XC60 B5 FWD Inscription in the US and thinking of taking it with me to Europe (Netherlands) in 12 months from now.
Do you expect I will need to make any modifications to get it on the European roads? Will I have any issues (for instance with navigation or with future maintenance)?
Will it make it more difficult to sell the car (in 3-5 years from now) in Europe, if it was originally bought in the US?
(I am not a car expert).

It probably would be more difficult to sell it in the EU. I also do not know what their import laws are. Most cars overseas are diesel. They also have different regulations when it comes to safety. This is something would require a bit of research before pulling the trigger on.
