I purchased an XC60 in March and LOVE IT! However, it is supposed to "vibrate" and/or steer the car back into its lane when I accidently cross a line without using my directional signal. It will steer me back, but I cannot get it to vibrate. The owner's manual was no help, so I am turning to the experts before I have to go back to the dealership. HELP!

 

My 2015 xc70 that does not have lane assist (was not available then) vibrates the steering if I try to change lanes without signaling (if it's turned on). My 2020 xc60 with lane assist steers the car back, (when it's turned on) and i do see settings to be able to make it vibrate in the 2020 owners manual.

2021 has instructions in the owners manual for both listed below.

 

It probably was in Assist Activated not Warning activated. Look it up in manual under Lane Keeping Aid. No vibration in Assist activated
