Hello guys, can somebody help me to solve my problem, my car showing me from yesterday that there is no internet connection (on display showing that no connection on the top left).
try to use restore to factory, does not help.
can i do something with it?

This is a known problem many of us have, often. You can try these things, in order:

• Press and hold the home button on the center display for 20 seconds. (the IHU will boot and you will see the map on the instrument panel display.)
• Press and hold the Defrost button for 20 seconds, or until the tiny 'LTE' symbol changes in the upper-left corner of the infotainment screen. (the modem will restart)

Sometimes you’ll get lucky and one or the other will work. Sometimes, not. Search in here, and you’ll find other with the same issue.

Do you know if some updatrs will be released to solve this problem? As far I I read this forum, should be something in April?

 

My 2022 XC60 lost internet connection yesterday. Did the home button reset and the defrost button reset. Spotify is still not responding properly so maybe it will magically fix itself overnight.

 

Has anyone found an absolute solution. Car lost the internet connection. Looking at the 'available' it shows neighbor across the street, one on next street over and man next door, but does not show me, with the router 4 feet away. Tried the Home button, 20 sec reset and the Defrost button SIM reset, no change. Phone, map work fine. No connect by Volvo app from phone bc of no internet. After the button resets it plays Volvo music and silly voices come on saying "amazing, great, wonderful" and such. Looking at my router control on the computer I do not see the car as a device to be connected. What's up?

EDIT. No idea why, but it now works. Went to router settings, enabled 'guest' network and the car recognizes that. Car does not see main network we use for computers, phones, etc., but does see the guest port.
Strange, my F150 sees all networks. main. guest, neighbors. I do not know why the Volvo suddenly lost the 'main net' connection it had b4 and now only recognizes the 'guest' port. Car is so advanced it is stupid.
(Based on this and past dead battery issue when the battery was not dead.)
