Hello everyone, I have been having issues with a lot of oil leak coming from the oil inlet tube to the turbo, I did tighten the bolts that were loose, but it still has a leak. Can anyone tell me what parts I should get to fix this issue please.

 

I'd start by replacing the gasket for the turbo oil return line (no $.10 part can make more of a mess!).

 

Which gasket is that? and do you have a part number?

 

see the oval flange with the two 10mm nuts? it seals that line to the block. FCP, IPD USA or a dealer web store should be able to get you the correct part as it should be common to most models.

 

Ok I will get that replaced, about where the 19mm bolt is at? Does it not look like the leak starts from there?

 

no the oval flange in the picture is what I'm referring to as the turbo oil return line. As with any oil leak, its best to clean up the area first (ie with Gunk or similar engine cleaner products) then see if you can get a better sense of the actual source

 

I did replace the metal gasket between the flange and the turbo, unfortunately the leak is still there, it does look like where the banjo nut is. Are there any gaskets there that I should replace?
