Hi, I have a problem with the connected phone to the Volvo XC60 - 2015. I usually use calls via Bluethoot. Now the communication between my cell phone and my car has gotten into a strange state. When I start, the radio starts playing and as soon as the phone is paired, it stops playing and the picked up phone icon appears. In the Phone menu, I am shown an ongoing call from the number 1000000, which cannot be interrupted by an exit. There is no call on the phone. I'll only get out of this if I call somewhere on the phone. Any advice?

 

My suggestion is to remove the phone linked to the car and clear the link from the phone. Restart everything. Re-link the phone via BT.
