pre-buy advice on 2015.5 XC60 T5 Premier AWD
New to the forum here. First time Volvo buyer.
I'm about to buy a 2015.5 XC60 T5 Premier AWD with 22k mi on it.
Greatly appreciate any comments or points that I should look for before signing for it? (I'm going to run the hose over the sunroof to see if it leaks.)
Any issues with the 2015.5 2.5L engine with AWD I should be aware of?
I appreciate anyone's experience and comments. Thanks and I hope to join the Volvo family soon.

is is still under warranty? a 2015.5 is a bit new to have a track record for weak areas so I'd focus on getting a carfax about owner history, maintenance history and use the VIN to see if there's any bulletins or outstanding recall notices - many sellers won't tell you about factory programs so you may want to take the VIN to a dealer to have them check. I'd expect the car to have been dealer serviced while under warranty so the records should be available online.

Yes it is still under manufacturer warranty - remainder of 4 years or 50k miles. So, I'm covered for at least the next 24 months about. The carfax checks out; no recalls. One reported accident but CarMax says it wasn't significant. I'll find out more on that once it arrives to my CarMax. Yes, going the CarMax route, and am hoping that their inspection is as good of assurance the car is in good condition as I'll get.
I'm feeling like its a sound buy. Having my first kid next month so I want something safe and reliable (and some power for me). xc60 seems to be all that.
Thanks for your reply.
