Default Rattle/Squeak from rear of new 2015 XC60

I have had this annoying rattle which sounds like its coming from the rear suspension of my new XC60. It sounds like there is something loose when I go over uneven pavement or over speedbumps. It is noticeable also when making turns. Took it into the dealer today and they tightened the spare tire, adjusted the rear trunk hatch and examined suspension. Didn't notice anything and said the problem was fixed. As soon as I drove off, I heard the noise again! Has anyone had this problem? Any ideas on what it could be? Car is brand new- only 5900 miles.

Default Creak rattle xc60 rear door - it was the door seal

Just spent half an hour driving round with wifey to identify a creak in the back of the xc60 and eventually found it to be the rubber seal, on the outside of the car between the rear door and the quarter light which has a plastic edge to it.

Silicon spray wiped on with a cloth on both sides on the quarterlight and the outside door seal ... And ... Blissful silence !!!

Did both sides of the car and will keep an eye on it when washing. Didn't hear a peep on the way home. I don't think the doors are loose I think this is normal movement with a dry rubber seal don't know why it isn't one of those felt ones.

Will see how it goes , assuming we don't get arrested for suspicious behaviour driving up and down the same test road 50 times and stopping etc etc
