Unhappy Sirius XM Screen Freeze (Sticks) Issue.

Has happened to me TWICE in two days. Haven't bothered to clear it last time around. I have done a post with pictures & YouTube videos. I am so fed up of Volvo just PUSHING OUT untested software ...

Default Screen freeze…..had same issue.

Finally got the up the update with the SiriusXM, and After only a few days the screen froze. I could scroll through the channels and channels would change, but what song was playing, wasn’t t matching what was on the screen. The banner at the bottom telling you what song/channel wasnplaying was on also was frozen. Thought I could live with it, or that it would eventually “fix itself”, but it didn’t. Drove me crazy! Thought of calling Volvo On Call, but did a factory reset and it did work. Not sure if this will be a regular occurance (hope not), but if so, very annoying. It’s only been a few days, will keep you updated. Also, I was told by Volvo on Call, the remote start update release will be end of November. i was originally told it would come with the SirisuXM 1.7 update, but it did NOT.

Have you had any resolution to this issue? I have a new 2022 XC60 Recharge with the same issue. Service person never heard of it. Resolved temporarly with a reboot of the Infotainment Head Unit....until you shut off the car.

My 2022 XC60 does the same thing. Rebooting fixes it temporarily, but the problem still comes back.
