I've just bought an XC 60, it only has 1 key without a blade, is there anywhere i can get one without going to a main dealer?

 

When I bought my 2018 in Oct it only came with one fob. My local dealer quoted $800.00 for the key and programming. I bought the fob from Carid.com. for $180.00 A dealer about 40 miles from me charged $150.00 for programming. I didn't order a second blade. I'm in the US.
