I am considering buying this vehicle. They say it's an R Design, but I am not sure it is. It comes with 18" wheels. Not 20.

Can anybody identify this for me please.

I used the VIN=YV4902DZ1C2283249 in the following site https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/volvo-vin-search and it came back saying it included R Design in the pricing. The standard wheels for the XC60s are 17s and while the R design specs 20s, its quite possible the owner did a delete option to downgrade to 18s (I'd probably have done the same ).

All the R badges are missing. Is this an option the previous owner could have removed too?
